Property - Operations Manager

A leading full-service Real Estate Property Management company located in Oklahoma City is looking for an experienced Property Operations Manager to join their team.

We’re looking for someone to take full ownership over operations of a residential portfolio of Single-Family Homes, Duplexes, and Townhomes. The ideal candidate will be skilled at managing office operations, supporting residents, and leading a high performing team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Office Operations: Oversee daily workflow, ensure task completion, and drive team accountability and performance.
  • Property Management: Conduct regular inspections, coordinate maintenance, and uphold safety and cleanliness standards across the portfolio.
  • Manage Leasing Activity: Handle tours, applications, lead follow-ups, and move-ins to maintain strong occupancy.
  • Support Residents: Act as the main point of contact, providing prompt, professional communication and promoting retention.
  • Financial Oversight: Review income statements, manage rent collection, address delinquencies, and ensure accurate payouts.
  • System Efficiency: Use AppFolio software to manage leasing, maintenance, and reporting with accuracy and speed.     

Qualifications:

  • Active Oklahoma Broker’s License (required).
  • 3-5 years minimum of property management experience, preferably with residential single-family portfolios.
  • Proficiency with AppFolio software.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Effective communicator with natural charisma and an innate ability to lead!
