Job Title: Field Service Technician – HVAC

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee on-site installation of new HVAC systems, ensuring proper setup and system integrity
Perform system startups, calibrations, and operational testing to verify manufacturer specs
Walk customers through system functions, control settings, and maintenance guidelines
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with mechanical and electrical components
Work closely with contractors, engineers, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion
Maintain accurate service records and communicate updates in a timely, professional manner
Serve as a technical resource for clients and internal staff
What You Bring:
3+ years of HVAC service, installation, or commissioning experience
Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and startup procedures
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills—mechanical, electrical, and controls
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, schematics, and wiring diagrams
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
