I am seeking an experienced Estate and Trust Administration Paralegal for a long-standing firm in Baltimore with widely respected lawyers. This individual will work closely with attorneys and clients on complex estate and trust administration matters. Reach out today to learn more.

Background:

  • 2-5 years' of experience as a trust and estate paralegal
  • Maintain estate administration files, obtain Estate Tax ID Numbers, Prepare Federal and State tax returns
  • Client meetings, contact and interaction
  • Maintain and reconcile estate checking account ledgers
  • Prepare receipts and releases, and fiduciary closing documents
