💼 Workers’ Compensation Attorney – Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)

We’re urgently seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney to join a dynamic team in Charlotte, NC. This is a hybrid role perfect for an organized, self-motivated professional ready to handle a full caseload and drive results for clients.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage a full Workers’ Compensation caseload and deadlines
• Conduct depositions of parties, lay witnesses, medical providers, and experts
• Represent clients in mediations and administrative hearings
• Draft briefs, motions, and respond to discovery
• Analyze cases, review medical records, develop strategy, and negotiate settlements
• Perform legal research and case analysis

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years Workers’ Compensation experience in NC
• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina
• Strong writing skills with deposition and mediation experience preferred
• Excellent interpersonal, research, writing, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and self-motivated
