• 5+ years of hands-on experience in construction, with a focus on residential building
• Proven track record in a project management role, demonstrating the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills to efficiently allocate resources, including personnel, tools, and time, to meet tight deadlines and achieve desired outcomes
• Initiative-taking attitude with a proactive approach to responsibility
• Excellent interpersonal skills to cultivate positive relationships with colleagues, clients, subcontractors, and vendors
