What You’ll Do:
Collaborate cross-functionally with design, controls, manufacturing, and service teams to drive turnkey equipment builds
Lead project scope definition, schedule tracking, and cost control efforts
Serve as the primary technical point of contact for customers throughout the build
Support procurement and vendor coordination for critical long-lead components
Oversee internal and external progress, driving issue resolution and ensuring on-time delivery
Assist in onsite installation and commissioning activities as needed
Maintain strong documentation and communicate project milestones clearly to internal leadership
What We’re Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field)
3+ years of experience in engineered-to-order equipment or capital project management
Familiarity with custom machinery, automated systems, or industrial manufacturing
Strong communication skills and the ability to lead meetings with both technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar platforms is a plus
Hands-on mentality with a commitment to continuous improvement and customer success
