Chief Operating Officer (COO) Kitchen & Bath Company | Leadership Opportunity
Overview Our client, a well-established kitchen and bath remodeling company with more than 50 years of excellence, is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer (COO) to lead daily operations and drive continued growth. This role requires a seasoned operational leader with a strong background in remodeling or home improvement, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven ability to scale business performance through process improvement and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and direct all day-to-day company operations, including sales, installation, and marketing.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment between departments, from lead generation through project completion.
Manage and optimize in-home sales performance, customer experience, and project delivery timelines.
Implement and manage key business tools and systems, including Quickbase, Leap, Ingage, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Lead ERP system implementation and drive company-wide adoption to improve data accuracy and efficiency.
Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics.
Partner closely with ownership on long-term strategic planning, financial management, and growth initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across all teams.
Qualifications
10+ years of progressive leadership experience in the kitchen & bath remodeling industry or a related home improvement field.
Deep understanding of remodeling processes, products, and project management workflows.
Demonstrated success with ERP implementation and technology integration.
Strong background in marketing, data management, and CRM optimization preferred.
Financially astute, with experience managing budgets and P&L oversight.
Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and deliver measurable operational results.
Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and leadership skills.
