As a Commercial Roofing Estimator, you’ll play a pivotal part in project success by:
🧾 Developing detailed and competitive estimates for large-scale Multi Family, and commercial roofing projects
📐 Performing precise take-offs from blueprints, architectural drawings, and jobsite data
🤝 Collaborating with PMs, sales, and clients to deliver winning bids
🧩 Reviewing contract documents for accuracy, risk, and scope clarity
✍️ Managing submittals, change orders, and closeouts with excellence
✔️ 5+ years of proven success as a Commercial Roofing Estimator
✔️ Deep understanding of systems: TPO, EPDM, PVC, Mod Bit, and Metal
✔️ Ability to interpret specs, code requirements, and blueprints
✔️ Skilled in The Edge, On-Screen Takeoff, and Microsoft Office Suite
✔️ Excellent time management, organization, and communication
