  • Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance through site visits.
  • Resolve project issues promptly and maintain positive client relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes and quality standards.

Custom Home Project Manager Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
  • Proven experience managing custom home projects.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
