What You’ll Do:

🔹 Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste
🔹 Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives
🔹 Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards
🔹 Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance operational effectiveness
🔹 Lead, develop, and mentor supervisors and teams to foster a culture of accountability and innovation

What We’re Looking For:

Food manufacturing experience (beef, pork,  poultry, or any food production preferred)
✔ Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
✔ Experience with process improvement, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma is a plus
✔ Ability to collaborate across teams and communicate effectively
✔ Someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-paced production environment
