Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated Commercial Litigation Attorney to join our expanding team. This position is ideal for a skilled professional looking to contribute to a collaborative and supportive work culture. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters, including contract disputes, business torts, and employment law issues.
- Conduct thorough legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents, and prepare for trials and hearings.
- Collaborate with clients to develop effective litigation strategies that align with their business objectives.
- Mentor junior associates and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
- Proven experience in commercial litigation with a track record of success in managing cases from inception to resolution.
- Strong analytical, advocacy, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering top-notch client service.
