REMOTE FREIGHT BROKER/TOP TIER

TOP-TIER FREIGHT BROKER - WORK FROM HOME-ANYWHERE IN THE USA Cradle-to-Grave | Proven Producers | Base salary: $70,000 - $125,000, depending on experience and production history This opportunity is built for experienced freight brokers who already produce. THE ROLE

• 100% remote / work from home
• Full cradle-to-grave brokerage
• Prospecting, pricing, carrier negotiation, execution, and customer retention
• Run your desk like a business with autonomy and accountability

PERFORMANCE MATTERS HERE Most Eligible Candidates Can Speak Clearly To

• Monthly and annual gross profit
• Average margin per load
• Size and stability of book of business
• Customer tenure and repeat volume
• Consistency across market cycles

$500K+ GP producers strongly preferred $1M+ GP producers encouraged to apply IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 5+ years as a true cradle-to-grave freight broker
• Proven, measurable production history
• Experienced sales, negotiation, and customer management skills
• Self-directed, competitive, and accountable
• Comfortable in a performance-driven environment

Compensation We pay elite brokers accordingly.

• Base salary: $70K - $125K, depending on experience and production history
• Plus generous commission structure
