Seeking an experienced Asbestos Defense Attorney to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in asbestos litigation and a passion for advocating on behalf of our clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on complex cases within a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in asbestos defense litigation, including pre-trial and trial phases.
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop effective defense strategies.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including motions, pleadings, and settlement agreements.
- Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients and engage in court appearances as necessary.
- Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends related to asbestos litigation.

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in South Carolina.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in asbestos defense or related fields.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
