Position Overview:
Seeking a Corporate Associate Attorney to join our dynamic team. This position is ideal for a motivated professional eager to make a meaningful impact in a collaborative and supportive setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the representation of corporate clients in various legal matters, including mergers and acquisitions, contract negotiations, and compliance issues.
- Conduct legal research and draft legal documents to support client objectives.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys in providing legal advice and strategies to clients.
- Participate in business development and client relationship management efforts.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and admission to the Pennsylvania Bar.
- Prior experience in corporate law or relevant internship experience during law school.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service.
- A proactive approach and a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
