Project Manager - High-End Residential Construction

gpac is partnered with a leading residential construction company that specializes in High-End Custom Homebuilding, creating luxurious homes valued at $2-$4 million. We seek an experienced Project Manager to join their team and uphold our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee residential construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
• Manage construction and purchasing teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
• Supervise trades, subcontractors, and employees.
• Utilize extensive product knowledge for material selection.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and subcontractors.
• Monitor project progress and perform quality control inspections.
• Collaborate with clients to meet their expectations.

Project Manager Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field strongly preferred.
• 5-10 years' experience as a Project Manager in high-end residential construction.
• Proven track record managing $2-$5 million residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials and processes.
• Experienced with procurement and working in the field.
• Excellent negotiating and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
