Commercial Preconstruction Manager/Project Manager

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Preconstruction Manager/Estimator to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong background in preconstruction management. 

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough take-offs and accurate estimates for commercial construction projects.
• Manage preconstruction activities, including budgeting, value engineering, and scheduling.
• Collaborate with project teams to develop and implement comprehensive preconstruction plans.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Proactively identify and address project challenges and constraints to ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all phases of the project.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in commercial construction, with a focus on preconstruction management, estimating, and project management.
• Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in construction estimating software.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
