Superintendent – Civil / Sitework Construction

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations on civil and sitework construction projects. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a strong background in earthwork and underground utilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily field operations for sitework projects from start to finish
• Manage crews, subcontractors, and equipment on-site
• Coordinate clearing, excavation, grading, and utility installation activities
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope
• Monitor schedules, manpower, and productivity
• Work closely with project managers and office staff
• Identify and resolve field issues in real time
• Enforce safety standards and maintain jobsite compliance

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in civil/sitework construction
• Strong background in clearing, excavation, grading, and underground utilities
• Proven leadership experience managing field crews and subcontractors
• Ability to read plans and understand project specifications
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
