Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

(Multifamily & Commercial Construction)

Location: Salt Lake City, UT

A well-established general contractor is seeking a Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to support a growing pipeline in the Salt Lake City market. The firm has a strong reputation for delivering multifamily and diverse commercial projects with long-standing client relationships and repeat business.

Project Types:

• Ground-up multifamily (podium, wrap, garden-style)

• Mixed-use developments

• Commercial projects including retail, office, and light industrial

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage projects from preconstruction through closeout

• Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships

• Drive cost control, change orders, and project financials

• Coordinate with field leadership to ensure successful execution

Qualifications:

• 5–15+ years of construction experience

• Strong background in multifamily construction plus commercial project exposure

• Experience with ground-up projects required

• Proficiency with Procore or similar software

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Compensation:

• Project Manager: $110K – $140K base

• Senior Project Manager: $140K – $180K base

• Bonus structure + full benefits package
