This is an exceptional opportunity for a legal professional with at least 5 years of experience to take on complex and high-stakes cases. You'll work alongside a collaborative team of experts, representing clients in a wide range of real estate and land use disputes.

What you'll bring:

  • A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience in real estate and land use litigation.
  • Proven ability to manage all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial.
  • Strong understanding of Washington state real estate laws, zoning regulations, environmental laws, and land use permitting processes.
  • Exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
  • A track record of successfully negotiating and resolving complex disputes.
  • Admittance to the Washington State Bar.
