Civil Project Manager – Land Development (Northeast Expansion)
Location: Outside New York–Newark–Jersey City metro
Salary: $115,000 – $150,000 + bonus
Why This Role: Lead land development projects just outside the NYC metro. Drive master-planned residential, commercial, and mixed-use sites from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage project scope, schedule, and budget for multiple land-development sites.
Oversee civil/site design: grading, stormwater, utilities, roads.
Coordinate municipal approvals and permitting.
Mentor junior engineers and support business growth.
Requirements:
8+ years in civil engineering/land development.
PE license in relevant state.
Proven experience with subdivisions or mixed-use developments.
