Whether you're an experienced custom applicator, a skilled CDL driver, or someone ready to operate cutting-edge ag equipment, this is your opportunity to be part of a well-respected and forward-thinking operation.

Available positions at multiple locations throughout Nebraska including: 

• Equipment Operators
• Agricultural Technicians
• CDL Drivers (w/proper endorsements preferred
• Custom Applicators
• Sales reps

Preferred Qualifications:

• Ability to obtain a CDL (training and support provided).
• Willingness to obtain an applicator or chemical handler’s license.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate equipment effectively.
• Eagerness to learn about crop inputs, chemical applications, and emerging technologies.
• Basic math skills with strong attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work extended hours during peak seasons.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Acceptable driving record.
• Agronomy knowledge and some sales experience
