Commercial Project Manager

We are seeking a Commercial Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale projects across multiple sectors, including commercial, high-rise, healthcare, light industrial, and higher education. This is a key leadership position responsible for driving project success from preconstruction through closeout.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of assigned projects, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards are met
• Manage project teams, subcontractors, and client relationships
• Collaborate with preconstruction, estimating, and field teams to ensure seamless project execution
• Prepare and manage project schedules, budgets, and reporting
• Lead project meetings and provide proactive solutions to challenges
• Mentor and support junior staff

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
• 5+ years of project management experience with large commercial or institutional projects
• Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $20M+ in value
• Strong understanding of contracts, scheduling, and cost controls
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
