WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a Clinical Supervisor with us, you'll take the lead in creating and implementing personalized treatment plans for early learners. Your role will encompass:
- Collaborating with our Clinical Director to ensure comprehensive, effective treatment plans.
- Developing skill acquisition goals and behavior intervention plans to enhance client progress.
- Providing ongoing supervision to Behavior Technicians, ensuring effective intervention and client engagement.
- Demonstrating leadership by training and supporting employees to enhance clinical skills.
- Delivering compassionate parental education and training to empower families to support their children.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
Do you have a passion for helping children with autism reach their full potential? We're looking for Clinical Supervisors who are:- BCBA Certified and Licensed: You're a certified BCBA with a current license
- LBA License Behavioral Analyst certified
- Experienced: With at least two years of experience in Applied Behavior Analysis, particularly with children with autism.
- Education-Driven: Holding a Masters' Degree in ABA, Special Education, or a related field.
- Compassionate: Your ability to provide practical parental education and training sets you apart, helping families support their children's needs.
- Analytical: You excel in developing personalized treatment plans, utilizing assessments like VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and more to evaluate progress.
