Position Overview:
The Feed Mill Operator will be responsible for managing day-to-day feed production, ensuring batches are mixed accurately, equipment runs efficiently, and safety and quality standards are consistently met. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and has previous experience in feed mixing or mill operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily feed mill operations and production flow

  • Mix and batch feed according to established formulas and quality specifications

  • Monitor and maintain mill equipment to ensure smooth operation

  • Track production and inventory accurately

  • Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant work environment

  • Coordinate with internal teams to meet production goals and customer needs

Qualifications:

  • Previous feed mill mixing experience is required

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Solid mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • Team-oriented with a strong work ethic

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $20–$30/hour (depending on experience)
