A well-known, aggressive CPA firm is ready to add the next REMOTE leader to the team. This opportunity is part of the firm’s plan for growth and the strengthening of both the public tax side of business. They are seeking a Audit Senior to join a team of highly motivated staff. The successful Audit Senior will have high ethical standards and make an impact on day one. This firm offers a wonderful culture, work/ life balance, generous compensation and benefit package with unlimited room for growth for the perfect incoming Audit Senior.   

 Performance Expectations for the Audit Senior:

  • Lead audit projects as well as the client audit teams
  • Conduct audits of financial statements, reviews and compilations as well as involvement with corporate and individual tax returns in multiple industry sectors.  
  • Community involved with an outgoing personality
  • Develop new client relationships while fostering existing contacts
  • Be a positive mentor and hands-on leader and continue the advancement of the firm

Experience/Qualifications for the Audit Senior:

  • Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, Finance, or Equivalent
  • Master of Science and Taxation degree (highly desirable)
  • CPA Certificate preferred
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in public accounting.
  • Must have the ability to utilize firm technology to enhance client service
  • Must have strong multi-tasking skills
  • Must have strong leadership skills
  • Must be willing to work >40 hours per week during busy season
  • Applicants must have excellent verbal and written communication skills

 Compensation for the Audit Senior:

  • Bonus for completing CPA while employed & Becker study materials reimbursement
  • Flexible schedule
  • 401k w/ match, 4 weeks of PTO, Medical/Dental/Vision, Bonus PTO eligibility earnings, ½ day Summer Friday’s
  • Work hard, play hard firm culture
  • Major Holiday’s
