Job Description

Our well-established and growing engineering consulting firm is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic team. An Engineer in Training (EIT) license is preferred, and we’re looking for someone with a strong foundation in design, and familiarity with municipal work, water infrastructure, and land development projects. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and development of land development, water infrastructure, and municipal projects.
• Prepare site plans, grading plans, stormwater management systems, and utility layouts under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support project managers in coordinating with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
• Conduct site visits, collect data, and assist in project documentation and permitting processes.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
• Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, drawings, and contractor documentation.
• Learn and apply engineering principles, codes, and best practices to support project success.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development, water infrastructure, or municipal projects.
• EIT license preferred; PE licensure in progress is a plus.
• Familiarity with Civil 3D, stormwater modeling software, and regulatory permitting processes.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
