  • Support project managers in coordinating with clients, municipalities, and regulatory agencies.
  • Conduct site visits, collect data, and assist in project documentation and permitting processes.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project deliverables meet quality, schedule, and budget expectations.
  • Contribute to the preparation of technical reports, drawings, and contractor documentation.
  • Learn and apply engineering principles, codes, and best practices to support project success.

  • 3+ years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on land development, water infrastructure, or municipal projects.
  • EIT license preferred; PE licensure in progress is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Civil 3D, stormwater modeling software, and regulatory permitting processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

What You’ll Gain:

  • Hands-on experience with diverse and impactful projects, including commercial, residential, and industrial developments.
  • Mentorship and guidance from experienced professionals to support your career growth.
  • Exposure to all phases of project development, from concept to completion.
  • A supportive and inclusive work environment that values your contributions.
  • Competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO, and paid holidays.
  • Opportunities for professional development, leadership roles, and potential advancement within the firm.
  • A culture that encourages work-life balance and employee well-being.
