The Opportunity
Join a premier, rapidly expanding dermatology practice in Rockwall. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our high-energy clinical team. The role focuses on general dermatology (medical & surgical). The ideal provider is one who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient outcomes in medical and surgical dermatology.
Clinical Responsibilities
Comprehensive Care: Diagnose and manage a diverse range of dermatologic conditions, including acne, eczema, psoriasis, and various skin cancers.
Procedural Excellence: Perform essential dermatologic procedures, including:
Shave and punch biopsies
Cryotherapy
Surgical lesion removals
Preventative Medicine: Conduct thorough full-body skin cancer screenings and patient education.
Volume Management: Efficiently manage a robust daily schedule of 40–45 patients, ensuring high standards of care and clinical documentation.
Candidate Profile
Licensure: Active NP or PA license in the state of Texas.
Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of dedicated dermatology experience is highly preferred.
Skill Set: Strong diagnostic intuition in medical dermatology and a high level of comfort with common surgical procedures.
Attributes: A self-starter who excels in a high-volume setting and possesses excellent communication skills for patient advocacy.
