Job Description

A well-established solo practitioner is seeking to re-expand the team with an experienced Associate Attorney to handle a steady caseload of plaintiff personal injury matters. This is an excellent opportunity to gain meaningful trial experience in a supportive, tight-knit environment.

About the Role

  • Manage a caseload of approximately 30 cases

  • 95% auto claims (mix of fender-benders and mid-value cases) and 5% high-value, multi-million-dollar PI cases across various practice areas

  • First-chair smaller claims and second-chair complex, high-value litigation

  • Work closely with a kind and approachable Partner and long-term support staff

  • Flexibility: one WFH day per week after becoming established (more possible with tenure)

Qualifications

  • 4–10 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience preferred

  • Strong litigation and case management skills

  • Desire to work closely with clients and team members in a collaborative environment
