Job Description

We are looking for an Outside Sales Representative to develop business with home builders, framing contractors, and general contractors.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with builders, contractors, and framing companies

• Prospect through cold calls, jobsite visits, and builder meetings

• Obtain construction plans for truss quoting

• Work with internal truss designers to generate truss layouts and bids

• Follow up on quotes and secure truss packages for upcoming projects

• Maintain relationships with builders and contractor accounts

Requirements

• 3+ years B2B sales experience

• Experience in building materials, lumber, trusses, framing packages, or construction products strongly preferred

• Comfortable with cold calling and jobsite visits

• Ability to read or understand construction plans is a plus

• Valid driver's license

Compensation

• $65K–$70K base salary

• Commission

• $100K+ earning potential
