Nationwide firm with a strong reputation is seeking an experienced business litigation attorney to join their team. Attorneys at this firm handle complex matters that involve shareholders, partnerships, mergers, class actions and other areas. They have many "Super Lawyers" and "Rising Stars" so you will be working with the best of the best. 

Qualifications 

• 2+ years of business litigation experience
• Independently manage a caseload of business litigation matters, including anti-trust, white collar crime, construction, etc.
• Handle all phases of litigation from pre-suit through trial
• Conduct depositions, hearings, motion practice, and trials
• Collaborate closely with senior partners, clients, and support staff on case strategy and resolution
• Licensed in Minnesota
