Job Description

We are actively seeking an experienced Electrical Senior Project Manager to support a strong and growing pipeline of construction projects. This role is ideal for professionals with a background in leading large-scale infrastructure or building projects and managing teams through all phases of construction. The right candidate will play a critical role in driving project success through leadership, coordination, and strategic oversight. Responsibilities

  • Lead all activities related to contract administration, change orders, submittals, procurement, scheduling, and project close-out
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of project contracts, stakeholders, and key priorities
  • Prepare and submit monthly project status reports outlining progress, risks, and critical issues
  • Secure required permits and verify subcontractor insurance compliance
  • Schedule and facilitate project meetings to ensure effective coordination and execution
  • Supervise, manage, and evaluate project team members; set goals and drive performance
  • Train and develop team members through mentorship and internal/external development opportunities
  • Provide overall administrative and technical leadership for assigned projects
  • Maintain project documentation and oversee correspondence tracking
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, engineers, and project partners
  • Support business development efforts through participation in proposals and presentations

Qualifications

  • 7–9 years of construction experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience managing projects from start to finish successfully
  • Strong ability to build and negotiate relationships with owners and subcontractors
  • Minimum 4 years of experience leading, mentoring, and evaluating teams
  • Solid understanding of construction operations, project controls, and financial management
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in engineering, business, or a related field
  • Experience working on large-scale infrastructure or complex construction projects
  • Background in sectors such as transportation, utilities, aviation, or heavy civil construction
  • Familiarity with alternative delivery methods and sustainability practices

  • Base salary: $150K – $160K (depending on experience)
