Land Development Project Manager – Austin, TX
💰 Salary: $90,000–$110,000 + Bonus Potential + Full Benefits
Are you a civil engineer ready to step into a project management role in land development? An established and growing firm in Austin, TX is looking for a motivated and technically sound Land Development Project Manager to lead site development projects and drive success for a variety of residential and commercial clients.
What You’ll Do:
Manage civil site development projects from design through permitting and construction support.
Coordinate with clients, agencies, consultants, and internal teams to keep projects on track.
Guide the production of construction documents—grading, drainage, utilities, and roadway design.
Assist in proposals, scheduling, budgeting, and maintaining project quality standards.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff.
What You Bring:
Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field
4+ years of land development experience (commercial, residential, or mixed-use)
Strong knowledge of site design, stormwater, utilities, and local permitting
Excellent communication and time management skills
EIT required; PE license is a strong plus
