Responsibilities:
Supervise project-management teams and field operations.
Lead scheduling, cost, and resource planning for all active work.
Ensure consistent processes and communication across teams.
Support business-development and client-management initiatives.
Implement operational efficiency improvements.
Qualifications:
8+ years of experience in construction management or operations.
Proven leadership and mentorship ability.
Strong budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent field experience.
