We are seeking a Project Engineer to support commercial and industrial projects throughout Eastern Iowa. This role provides a pathway into project management while giving you hands-on exposure to all phases of construction.
Responsibilities:
Assist project managers and superintendents in day-to-day coordination.
Review drawings, submittals, and RFIs for accuracy and compliance.
Track project quantities, materials, and change orders.
Support field layout, inspections, and safety documentation.
Coordinate schedules and assist with progress reporting.
Maintain organized project records and closeout documentation.
Qualifications:
1–4 years of project engineering experience in commercial or industrial construction.
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Familiarity with project management platforms such as Procore or Bluebeam.
