Responsibilities:
Lead project teams and manage profitability for regional division.
Oversee client relationships and proposal strategy.
Mentor PMs, estimators, and superintendents.
Collaborate on forecasting, staffing, and marketing.
Report directly to executive leadership.
Qualifications:
10+ years of construction management or operations experience.
Proven leadership across multiple project types.
Strategic planning and BD experience preferred.
