Job Title: Project Manager – Tank Division

Type: Full-Time

Position Summary:

We are seeking a driven and organized Project Manager to oversee the execution of projects within the Tank Division, specializing in the fabrication and erection of field-erected tanks and related structures. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of the project lifecycle—from planning and budgeting to execution and closeout—ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and cost objectives are met.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage all phases of tank fabrication and field construction projects.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, vendors, and internal teams.

  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.

  • Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to meet deadlines and financial targets.

  • Facilitate communication between engineering, procurement, field crews, and subcontractors.

  • Prepare and present regular project status reports and updates.

  • Address and resolve any issues, delays, or conflicts that may arise during the project lifecycle.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of project management experience in industrial construction or tank fabrication/erection.

  • Strong understanding of field-erected tank construction methods and safety standards.

  • Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with project management software is a plus.

  • Willingness to travel to job sites as required.
