Civil Engineering Project Manager – Land Development

Location: Cincinnati, OH 

Compensation: $110,000–$125,000 Base Salary + Bonus Potential

They are seeking a Civil Engineering Project Manager to join their Land Development team and take ownership of impactful projects while helping mentor and lead talented engineers.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead land development and civil site design projects from concept through completion
• Manage project scope, budgets, schedules, and client expectations
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams
• Oversee grading, drainage, utilities, and site development design
• Coordinate with clients, municipalities, consultants, and internal teams
• Review engineering plans, specifications, and construction documents
• Support client relationships and business development efforts

What They’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Active Professional Engineer (PE) license
• 10+ years of civil engineering experience
• Strong background in land development and site design
• Experience managing projects and leading teams
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Compensation & Benefits:
