Position: Executive Personal Assistant & Lifestyle Manager
Location: Charleston, South Carolina (Primarily in-person)
Compensation: 60k annual salary + discretionary bonus, full benefits including 401k with 3% match, health and dental insurance, paid holidays, sick days
Schedule: Full-time, with some rare evenings/weekends as needed

About the Role:
This is a high-trust, high-impact role supporting the CEO of three fast-growing, design-forward companies with eight-figure annual revenue. She is an exceptionally busy founder and mother with a full, demanding schedule—and she needs a highly capable partner to help her manage both her personal and professional world.Your role will include everything from calendar management and business travel to domestic errands, home logistics, and occasional childcare for a five-year-old stepdaughter who is with the family part-time. The household also includes two affectionate Australian Shepherds, so comfort with dogs is a must.You’ll serve as a key support in maintaining clarity, flow, and focus in a complex, high-performance life.
Responsibilities:
Executive Support:
● Manage a fast-moving calendar across multiple businesses and time zones
● Coordinate all travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
● Prepare the CEO for important meetings and ensure follow-up is tracked and completed
● Act as liaison with teams, vendors, and external partners - there is a c
● Maintain organization across tasks, documents, and daily priorities
Household Management:
● Oversee errands, shopping, returns, appointments, and home services
● Keep the home organized, well-stocked, and running smoothly
● Support household aesthetics, functionality, and seasonal needs● Occasionally attend off-site meetings or events to support the
CEOFamily & Lifestyle:
● Occasionally assist with the CEO’s 5-year-old daughter (care when needed, very seldom)
● Comfortable working around children and supporting a family routine
● Must be dog-friendly—two Australian Shepherds are part of the household
Requirements:
● Must be based in or near Charleston, SC
● Reliable transportation for errands and occasional meetings
● Comfortable around children and pets
● Tech-savvy (Google Suite, iCal, task/project management tools)
● Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills High emotional intelligence, strong sense of discretion, and a calm demeanor
● Must pass a full background check
● Must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) due to the private nature of this role
Experience:
● Prior Personal Assistant or Household Manager experience is preferred but not required
