A well-established and highly respected law firm is seeking a high-performing associate attorney (2–5 years of experience) to join its Corporate/Transactional Department, with a concentration in commercial banking and finance. This is an opportunity for a motivated associate to step into meaningful responsibility early, work directly with experienced partners, and play a key role in sophisticated, market-driven transactions.
The ideal candidate has experience representing lenders and/or borrowers in commercial finance matters, including loan documentation, review of real estate and other collateral, and transaction-level due diligence. Beyond technical skills, we are seeking a business-minded lawyer—someone who enjoys solving complex issues, anticipates client needs, and delivers practical, solutions-oriented advice.
In this role, you will manage multiple matters with increasing autonomy, draft and negotiate core deal documents, and serve as a trusted point of contact for clients. Strong judgment, drafting ability, attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity are essential.
