About the Opportunity:
GPAC has partnered with a well-established regional law firm seeking a talented Associate Attorney to join their Commercial Litigation team. This role offers the chance to work on diverse and complex matters across multiple jurisdictions. While the firm has office space for those who prefer working onsite, this position is fully remote for candidates licensed in California.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle all aspects of the litigation process for a wide range of commercial litigation matters

  • Collaborate with a seasoned legal team to strategize and execute case plans

  • Draft motions, pleadings, and legal memoranda

  • Participate in discovery, depositions, and potentially trials (trial experience is a plus, but not required)

Qualifications:

  • 2–4 years of civil litigation experience

  • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills

  • J.D. from an accredited law school

  • Admitted to practice law in California

  • Team-oriented with a positive, enthusiastic attitude

  • Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic
