Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney | Houston, TX

A highly respected Houston law firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate Attorney to join its growing litigation practice. What You'll Do

• Handle sophisticated commercial litigation and oil & gas disputes in both Texas state and federal courts
• Take an active role in all phases of litigation from case inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery, and other substantive legal filings
• Conduct legal research and develop litigation strategy alongside experienced attorneys
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation
• Work directly with clients while collaborating closely with partners on complex litigation matters

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school with a strong academic record
• Active Texas Bar admission, or ability to become licensed promptly
• Commercial litigation experience preferred
• Oil & gas litigation experience is a plus
• Exceptional analytical, legal writing, and communication skills
• Professional, collaborative, and motivated attorney seeking long-term growth
