I’m partnered with a rapidly growing waste services company in Mississippi that is looking to add a Sales Manager to their leadership team.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who can lead from the front — driving new business, coaching sales reps, managing key accounts, and helping expand market share across commercial FEL, roll-off, and public sector business.

The right person will bring:

✅ B2B sales experience
✅ Waste, environmental services, or related industry background preferred
✅ Experience leading and developing sales professionals
✅ Strong account management and customer relationship skills
✅ A hunter mentality with the ability to build strategy and execute

This role is full-time and on-site in Hattiesburg, MS, with a compensation package that includes base salary + commission/bonuses and benefits.
