Our firm is seeking a skilled and driven Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney to join our growing litigation practice in Cincinnati. We represent healthcare systems, hospitals, physicians, and medical professionals in complex medical negligence and professional liability matters.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated litigator who wants meaningful case responsibility, a transparent compensation structure, and a clear path to partnership.


About the Role

As a Medical Malpractice Defense Attorney, you will:

  • Defend healthcare providers in medical malpractice and professional liability claims by managing cases from inception through trial.

  • Work closely with medical experts and healthcare professionals

  • Develop litigation strategym provide proactive client communication and particpate in trial preparation and courtroom advocacy

 

The ideal candidate is confident in litigation, comfortable managing a full caseload in a fast-paced defense environment and has some experience defending bodily injury claims. 


Compensation & Benefits

  • Billable Requirement: 1,800 hours annually 

  • Bonuses Annually

  • 401(k) Plan – firm contributes 5% of earnings regardless of employee match

  • Hybrid schedule – three days in office
