Commercial Roofing Estimator

Actively working with a reputable commercial roofing company looking to add an Estimator to their team. If you are looking for a chance to get in on one of the most stable roofing companies out there as an Estimator look no further.

Estimator Duties:

Coordinate meetings for up to date labor figures
Review estimates with management
Estimate a variety of commercial roofs; TPO, BUILT-UP, Metal, Mod-Bit, and More
Coordinate turnovers to the operations department.
Create proposals with accurate scopes of work
Have the ability to make site visits and decipher what type of roof systems are currently installed
Experience required:

5+ years of estimating experience within the roofing industry
Experience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniques
Experience with new and restoration roofing
Edge software experience preferred
Must be comfortable with leading a team of estimators
Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player
