A highly respected and growing law firm is seeking an experienced Legal Assistant to support their busy Civil Litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for a legal professional with at least three years of hands-on litigation support experience, who is looking to contribute meaningfully in a collaborative, inclusive environment.

Position Highlights:
Full-time, permanent role with competitive base compensation ($55k–$65k, depending on experience)
Hybrid work model: 4 days in office / 1 day remote once fully trained
Support a team of civil litigators with file management, court filings, client communication, and trial preparation

Ideal Candidate Profile:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a legal assistant in civil litigation
Proficient with Missouri court procedures, e-filing systems, and litigation timelines
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proactive, team-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
