Litigation Associate – General Civil Litigation

A well-established and highly collaborative Michigan law firm is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its growing civil litigation practice. This opportunity is ideal for motivated attorneys who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to develop their litigation skills while working alongside experienced mentors.
Position Overview
The firm is looking for candidates with 3–5 years (up to 6 years maximum) of experience as an associate attorney, with strong exposure to all aspects of civil litigation. This includes:
Drafting and responding to disclosures and discovery
Motion practice
Taking and defending depositions
Court appearances
Trial preparation

Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: Starting at $120,000 (DOE)
Billable Requirement: 1,600 hours for bonus eligibility
Benefits Package: Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
401(k): Eligible after 1 year, with up to 3% employer match
