Job Description

We are partnering with a highly respected, employee-owned ENR-ranked general contractor in the Southwest known for delivering high-quality projects while maintaining a collaborative, people-first culture. With a strong track record in municipal and education sectors, this firm is expanding its team and seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex projects from preconstruction through closeout.

The Role

The Project Manager will oversee all aspects of assigned projects, ensuring safety, schedule, budget, and quality objectives are met. You will coordinate with owners, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams while mentoring field staff and driving successful project outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 7+ years of commercial construction experience with municipal and education projects

  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project teams from start to finish

  • Strong understanding of construction documents, codes, and regulations

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client management skills

  • Proficiency in project management software and scheduling tools
