We are an award-winning residential remodeling company built on craftsmanship, communication, and doing things the right way. We specialize in high-end interior remodels and take pride in delivering a clean, professional, high-touch client experience.
We are not a volume builder. We care about the work, the process, and the people doing it.
We hold a high standard, and we are building a team that does the same. We don’t just build projects. We build trust.
And we are seeking a Field Production Manager to join our team!

What You Will Do
- Oversee active projects to ensure they meet our company standard for cleanliness, communication, craftsmanship, and client experience
- Lead, mentor, and support project managers, installers, and trade partners
- Identify gaps in how we operate and implement solutions that actually stick
- Strengthen communication between field and office so projects run smoother and expectations are clear
- Conduct post-project reviews to identify what worked, what didn’t, and how we improve
- Set and enforce expectations around jobsite organization, protection, safety, and professionalism
- Step into problems early, take ownership, and drive them to resolution
- Build trust with clients, team members, and trade partners through consistency and follow-through
- Partner with leadership to evaluate SOPs, identify problem areas, and drive continuous improvement
- Drive change management by rolling out and monitoring improved processes clearly and consistently
