Job Description

We are hiring a Site Superintendent to lead field operations for a growing civil/site contractor specializing in utilities, excavation, asphalt, and concrete work.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead jobsite safety and daily operations
• Manage crews, subcontractors, and schedules
• Read and execute plans and specifications
• Ensure projects stay on track and on budget

What You Bring:

• 6+ years of civil/site construction experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• OSHA 30 required | CDL preferred
• Experience with utilities, excavation, and site work
