CMM Programmer in New York

We’re looking for a skilled CMM Programmer! In this role, you’ll use your technical expertise to program and operate Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs) to ensure our precision parts meet exact specifications.

What You’ll Do:

• Program and operate CMMs (PC-DMIS, Calypso, or similar software)
• Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections
• Interpret engineering drawings, CAD models, and GD&T requirements
•  
• Troubleshoot and refine inspection programs for efficiency and accuracy
• Document results and maintain quality records in compliance with standards
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience programming and operating CMMs
• Proficiency with PC-DMIS, Calypso, or related CMM software
• Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint interpretation
• Experience with precision measuring instruments (micrometers, calipers, gauges)
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Must have experience with PC-DMIS software program
